Typically 1 in 10 viewers opt for closed-captions for various reasons. This makes sure your audience with hearing impairments could still participate.
The first language is included at no charge. If your event requires multiple languages or translations, there is an additional per language charge per event day.
Not Everyone Can Be Here?
No problem. We can bring in remote guests through streaming platform dedicated for including remote guests on live streams.
This is better than just trying to bring them in with your typical online meeting software which limits the resolution to 720p or even 360p! Yuck!
For your guests that need a hand, ask us about our “plug-and-stream” package which includes camera, audio, and encoding equipment.
A fixed-charge applies for your first 2 remote guests (concurrent) through our platform; higher number of guests are available as well.
Can We Stream Here?
Sure!
If your location does not have reliable internet access or just simply no internet, we can reliably stream your program with our multi-carrier LTE/5G connection through Bell/Telus, and Rogers in Canada. We also have access to cellular carriers globally as well.
The cellular connections can be used as the primary connection or back-up connection.
It's Not Just The Stream
Before and after the main program, entertain your viewers with some light music and branded graphics to set the mood right.
After the event, you will receive a recording of the live stream event program should you decide to upload it elsewhere after. It is provided to you in the form of a downloadable archive file and you can come back at any time within 1-year of the event date to download as many copies as you wish.
